GP Premium dashboard buttons

New to GP, the GP dashboard buttons labeled "Open Options" are not functioning. When used they lead to a "Bad request" blank page.
Hi there,
That's strange. Can you do a quick test by disabling all plugins except GP Premium?
As for now, please access those options via the customizer:

Let me know if you need help locating them :)
Hi Leo,
Done!

Hi John,
Can you try David's recommendation here as well?
https://generatepress.com/forums/topic/customizer-is-not-working/#post-1956936
Let us know how it goes.
and this wise old fart did that at the onset of the issue. all plugins except GPP have been disabled as requested by Leo.
Are you able to access the customizer using this method at all?
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/finding-the-customizer/
Hi Leo,
I have no difficulties getting to the customizer except in the scenario and images described. This indicates an issue to me and means something isn't working properly.
If this is broken, what else isn't working that might cause me a problem? If it isn't supposed to work, why put it in?
I just happened to be on that page and wanted to go directly to the customizer saving a couple of clicks/time/moments in navigating there.
Moving on. Everything has been deactivated but GPP, what next? Caches have been deleted, sites rebooted, machines rebooted still no joy.
When the error occurs, can you right click > inspect, click the counsel tab, is there any information showing?

Thank you Miss Ying,
This is the product of the highlighted area of code that comes when the layout button is right clicked.
(Open options)minus the parenthesis of course.
Alas, I'm no coder, that's why I chose GPP and your other supporting products based on someone I trust that suggested it.
Any chance you can have a staging site set up for us to do run some tests?
The problem isn't happening on our end so we aren't sure what to fix yet ;)
Thanks!
You are welcome to the site itself if you wish.
I don't see the dashboard access.
Can you provide it using the private URL field?

Thanks!
The only way I know how is with a temp pw to the site. If there is another way, I'm up for it. It will require an email address.
You can use support@generatepress.com.
But then please make sure to provide the access using the private info field.
Please provide
- Login URL
- Username
- Password
Thanks!
