GP 3.0.0 - Large Cumulative Layout Shift with Breadcrums

It seems that since the GP 3.0.0 my website is experiencing large cumulative layout shifts due to the breadcrums
I'm using RankMath for the breadcrums with a shortcode in as a hook element as generate_before_entry_title.
It seemed to be working fine with the previous release candidates
let's see if disabling the cache helps
just disabled cache plugins in case and it's the same problem
can you help?

regenerating css critical path solved the issue
