Just want to confirm – you got the information, right?

Yes, we got the credentials! Thank you!
With regards to the issue, it seems you’re using the classic editor. To use a Block Element – Page Hero, you would need to use the current WordPress default Block editor. If you disable your classic editor plugin, the options should appear.

Hmmm…. did disable the classic and still not seeing the options. Any other suggestions?

StaffCustomer SupportHi Shawn,
I just logged in and tried to edit the block elements and it worked:
I can see that the background image is not using dynamic options, that’s why it’s not showing the featured image.
Try follow the steps:
1. Go to appearance > elements > Global Header, click edit.
2. Select the container block, click on the dynamic data icon, and choose Featured image from the dropdown list as the dynamic background image like this.
https://www.screencast.com/t/wlxmlYIS93. Click update on the right top corner.
Let me know if it works.

THANK YOU!! Working now… one more question though – what if I wanted to have the feature image placed above the text and after the header instead. How do I go about that?

StaffCustomer SupportIf so, try the following steps:
1. disable the
Global Headerelement at appearance > elements by changing its status to pending review or draft.2. Go to customize > layout > blog > featured images, click on the
poststab, choosebelow headeras the location.3. Go to appearance > elements > merged header > display rules, exclude
posts > all posts.September 18, 2022 at 7:41 am #2346514Shawn
Good day – going to admit.. getting a litle frustrated and con’t seem to get it working correctly.
If you look here the feature image is showing in the header but want to have as an image with just the basic header at this point: https://shawnryder.com/energizing-your-sales-meetings/
ANY suggestions?

StaffCustomer SupportHave you done step 1 in my previous topic?
September 18, 2022 at 1:14 pm #2346823Shawn
Thank you. Went through the steps but now the header isn’t showing on other pages – like here:
There is no header or navigation on the page.

Can you go to Appearance > Customize > Colors > Header, and then choose a color for the Background?
Let us know how it goes.
September 18, 2022 at 5:58 pm #2346918Shawn
Hmmmm… tried it and didn’t seem to make any changes when I was doing it.

That’s odd.
Can you share temporary login credentials again?
September 18, 2022 at 6:06 pm #2346925Shawn
Sure – in the block here for login… it is odd – something funky is going on and can’t figure it out. Thanks!
