Featured Image Not showing

Hi Shawn,

Do you have a screenshot of what it previously looks like?

Where should the featured image be? Currently, this is what I'm seeing: https://share.getcloudapp.com/DOurv7mp

I don't have a screenshot from before - the featured image was just above the text and under the header, after the main image at the top.

Side question - is it possible to have the feature image as part of the header instead?

if you view that page whilst you're logged in, in the Admin Bar > Elements menu - what do you see listed there ?

If you edit the Global element, does that look like the Hero image layout you have at the top of that URL ?

It does look like it within the code and has the image:

Ok, so in the Block Element sidebar, on the Element tab, there are some options, including Disable Featured Image, is that enabled ?

Do you mean on the customize option? Under layout, blog and then posts? That is selected to display featured images....

When you edit the Block element there are a bunch of settings in the sidebar - see here:

Which includes the Disable featured image make sure that is not enabled.

In Appearance Elements, if you open the Block Element - Page Hero named Global, it should be at the right as such: https://share.getcloudapp.com/2Nu7BP01

I am not seeing that... something isn't working right. How do I go about providing temp admin access?

In your next reply, you will see a Private Information field, you can provide URL, user and password details there. Only the GP Admin team can see it. And its auto deleted from our servers when the topic is resolved.
