Every post have the featured image of the first one

– Create a New GP “Block Element”
— Element type = “Content Template”
- location = "custom post type" Archive
- Created a Container
- Added a background image
- Enable Dynamic Data > ON
- Data source > Current post
- Background image source > Featured Image
Result: every post have the featured image of the first one.
PD: the rest of post meta data "loop" perfectly.

For the Content Template, you'll need to use the dynamic settings in the toolbar instead of the one in the GB Block settings.
