Error with H2 extracts?

Does this seem like a valid H2?
There is the H2 but then what is supposed to be the H2 is contained in a paragraph ... Is that correct or is it invalid?
It seems to me that Google is not detecting that as an H2
Is there any way that the code is:
<h2>extract</h2>
??
The structure is valid but what's strange here is the <h2> that has a div in it as if its added as an attribute.
Are you using a code snippet for this? There's probably a stray div typo on the code. Perhaps removing the wrong attribute in h2 will fix the issue.
