[Support request] Does Generate Press have something like a Template?

I see there is Elements, and Reusable blocks – but I’m wondering if there if there is a Template option as well? Basically the same thing as reusable block but without having to convert it to a regular block everything. Currently I use a reusable block and convert it to a regular block every time, but having a dedicated Template element would help me skip that step.

Am i missing something or does GP just not have that feature?

Hi there,

no GP does not have Block Templates.
We will be adding static templates to the Pro version of our GenerateBlocks plugin, and in the future we’re looking at Dynamic Blocks.

Just curious what will the difference be between a dynamic block and a template block?

Template block is static – much like importing a site library templates but just for certain sections/blocks.

Dynamic blocks will be like template tags within the page hero:
