Create anchor tags in pages with sections

Is it possible to create anchor tags on pages which use sections?
For e.g. if my page url is abc.com/def
and there are 2 sections, say sec1 and sec2
is there a way to show/use anchor links within the page, i.e. abc.com/def#sec1 abc.com/def#sec2 ?
Hi there,
in the Section Settings Tab you can give the Section a Custom ID. You can use that as your #id in your link
Cool. This works. Is there a way to show the menu (say #sec1 #sec2) in the nav menu?
You would need to add them as Custom Links in the menu and label them accordingly.
