Can I ask a totally rookie question related to this?
I’m interested in doing more customization beyond the additional css code that is part of the wordpress customization interface.
I’d also like to add custom taxonomies to posts and pages, which seem to involve more back-end customization. It might involve a few PHP bits that I’ve seen Tom post, and adding some ACF fields to the interface.
Can this be done by using Generatepress hooks and additional wordpress CSS, or should I create a child theme to allow more flexibility?
If I’ve already added tons of additional CSS without a child theme, will this cause any problems?
Thanks
