Changing demo aite

Hi I recently imported the split demo site. I only have 4 posts up.
I’d like to switch up the look and go with one of the pre-built elementor sites.
Two quick questions:
1. Do I simply import the new elementor site?
2. How customizable are those? If I were to import one could I change up the content pretty easily on the pages to suit my jewelry niche site?

2. Which site are you referring to? If you decided to go with an Elementor site then it should be relatively simple.

Will the articles I’ve written stay if I remove the current imported site I have?
