[Support request] Can I get three columns on Mobile?

Hi,
I am starting a new site and just getting started on the home page.
I am not sure if I need columns or some other feature (using a table? etc)

I would like to have three columns that I can populate with a picture and a little text but I want it to be clickable and to be viewed that way on mobile.
I am trying to replicate this feature as seen on https://www.smythstoys.com/, when you scroll down to the section saying Shop by Category, on a mobile. My will not be a shop, I want to use it to navigate to different categories/topics for blog posts.
If there were more columns on desktop thats fine.

Is this something I can do with Generatepress or do I need a plugin for post grid, table, columns, mega menu…?
Any suggestions much appreciated.

I have been trying to adjust the responsive settings but cant figure this out.
