Best practice for front end editing?

I code html, css and js in vs code. Then I will port it to generatepress with hooks, simpleCSS and html blocks.
An issue I have is the page I develop in vs code will be different from when I port it to generatepress.
How can I develop front end with html css and js for generatepress so that how it looks when developed in vs code (Or any code editor) will look similar when it is ported to generatepress?

For now it is just for 1 page.
Simplest method - create your own custom page template for that specific page:
