Adjusting the Height of the Header

I want to adjust the vertical size of the header. I see that I can do so to some degree by reducing the top and bottom padding, but that doesn't get me enough. I want to go from 450px to ~200 and eliminating the padding only removes 80. Plus, reducing padding isn't the right way to go about it, as the padding has other purposes that I may want to use.
I'm using WP 4.9.1

Right now your header is 161px in height - is there a specific page I should be looking at?
