Adjusting Size of Sections

How can I adjust the sizes of each section with the sections add on?
Whether I change the top padding or lower padding, it never seems to get any smaller/larger.
Thanks for the help.

Hi Steve. The Top Padding and Bottom Padding options within the section configuration should adjust the spacing above and below the section content. Can you post a link to your site with a page that's not adjusting to the option settings?
There is the % slider at the bottom of the spacing options, allows you to adjust widths.
