[Support request] Activation of premium features not working

Premium installed on one site and working fine. Second site the plugin has installed fine and goes through to settings page.
However, the spinning wheel of frustration appears when attempting to Activate any setting or enter the licence key.
Unable to import settings (similar spinning wheel).
“Start customising” settings proceed to theme customisation but no actions on the GP settings page.

Already switched off all other plugins and issue persists.

Are the two sites using different hosting services?

I wasn’t able to login using the username and access you’ve provided as well.
