Not to be dense, but I’ve read this support documentation several times and cannot find some of the corresponding settings in GP Premium. Additionally, the UI of the Page Header add-on looks very different from the Customizer setup in Premium. What am I missing here, besides the proverbial boat?

I was looking trough other generatepress user sites when I came across this site http://designismylife.com/ It looks like he is using the sections add-on here for the page layout, but how does he achieve the effect where the transparent header is overlapping the page-header-image?
