How do you create a transparent header?

I am trying to create a transparent navigation bar like this one. https://www.invisionapp.com/ and I would like to create a top menu bar, like in the same example.

I am using Elementor Pro 1.5.9 and GP Prem 1.4.2

I was following this Youtube video and noticed I don't have some of the same options available -- under Advanced>Transparent Navigation button.

Do you have a step-by-step tutorial available?
