Hi David,

1. The header looks to be full width to me?: http://screencast.com/t/5Akumkvpd

2. It doesn’t look like the Mobile Header option is activated. There’s two options:

a) Activate the sticky menu on mobile in “Customize > Menu Plus > Sticky Menu”.
b) Activate the mobile header and make it sticky in “Customize > Menu Plus > Mobile Header”.
