How do I make the mobile header image fit the whole screen width?

HI,
1. How do I make the mobile header image fit the whole width of the mobile screen (it's tiny on mobile but full width on desktop)?
2. How do I make the mobile header and menu sticky/stay on screen when scrolling? I clicked the sticky option but nowt happened.

Hi David,
1. The header looks to be full width to me?: http://screencast.com/t/5Akumkvpd
2. It doesn't look like the Mobile Header option is activated. There's two options:
a) Activate the sticky menu on mobile in "Customize > Menu Plus > Sticky Menu".
b) Activate the mobile header and make it sticky in "Customize > Menu Plus > Mobile Header".
