Hi there,

That message is there because when you install a child theme and already have values saved in the Customizer, the child theme won’t look exactly as advertised, because you already have settings saved.

So it gives you the option to go and delete the settings you have saved so the child theme can look as it’s advertised.

Of course, if you’re happy with the combination of your saved values and the child theme settings, then there’s no need to do anything.
