    My site’s mobile menu is not working. I deactivated all plugins except GP, and problem persists. The mobile menu doesn’t work on an actual mobile, and also on a desktop with screen size reduced.

    Yes, my menu is assigned to Display location Primary Menu Off Canvas Menu

    If I turn off the mobile menu from > Customising > Layout >Off Canvas Panel I can then see the menu.

    Not sure if I understand.

    When you activate the off canvas panel, you need to assign the same menu also to the off canvas menu:

    Yes, when I had activated the off canvas panel, I had assigned the same menu also to the off canvas menu. But, it stopped working.

    Hmm we haven’t had this issue reported so it should definitely work.

    Can you activate off canvas menu again and make sure you clear any caching plugins or server cache?

    Yup it would be with your host if you have server cache.

    Some hosts do and some hosts don’t.

    Don’t think my host does…

    Ok. Can you send me the dashboard access with all other plugins disabled?

    You can use Account Issue here:

    Make sure to include the topic URL.

    OK, done, but I had to tick box ‘This is not a technical support question *’

    Ahh it is indeed already showing, the problem is that the background overlay is too dark and you are using a transparent navigation color.

    Try this CSS:

    .slideout-overlay {
        background-color: rgba(0,0,0,.4);
    }

    And you can adjust the rest of the colors in Color > Off Canvas Panel.

    Let me know ๐Ÿ™‚

    OK, I added the CSS, so I can now see the menu text, but when I click the links the menu closes without changing page. Also, clicking the dropdown list makes the menu close without changing page.

    Yikes, sorry, it’s still not working (I checked on my mobile, but hadn’t refreshed the page since I had turned off the Off Canvas Panel in the Layout).
