Hi Tom,
I have build a website with GP + add-ons + the Event Manager + Pro version. This gives the option to registrate and pay for events.
This works fine in Firefox and Chrome, but not in IE, Opera and Android. I contacted Event Manager. I tried it with all plugins deactivated. The problem still stayed the same. Then I tried it with the latest WP theme. It solved the problem.
It is most probably a conflict of the java script of GP with the java script of the event manager. They refer me to you, since the conflict would be caused by the theme. Do you think you could solve this somehow?
The website is: https://d3rdeverdieping.nl
Thanks for helping.
Best regards,

What error am I looking for specifically? On which page?
I’m seeing one error caused by your roster-slider plugin, and one mixed content error caused by calling to Google fonts using http:// instead of https://. Not seeing any GP related errors.
January 11, 2017 at 1:24 am #262849Marjon TasA specific link for this error is for instance:
https://d3rdeverdieping.nl/cursussen-en-workshops/teksten-etty-hillesum-door-margreet-blanken-op-dvd/You must choose the amount of places you want to submit, and click on the ‘inschrijven’button, it should give a notification that the submission is placed in the shopping bucket. When the fault occurs the button stays black, and nothing happens. I noticed the error on my samsnung smartphone in IE and Opera.
About google fonts: I use a webfont, placed this in the hooks, so no google fonts. I changed in the customiser at typography in the body ‘open sans’ to ‘inherit’. Does this solve that error?
Thanks for taking a look.
Best regards,
MarjonJanuary 11, 2017 at 9:32 am #262997TomLead DeveloperLead DeveloperThe error is this:
admin-ajax.php?callback=jQuery112408912528153586889_1484155820442 401 (Authorization Required)
This could either be a server error (the file isn’t readable), or the script calling the AJAX file isn’t setting up the right authorization.
I’m not seeing the Google Fonts error anymore π

Can I ask you a favor and give me the fault caused by roster slider as well? That would help me out with solving that one as well.Best regards,
MarjonJanuary 12, 2017 at 12:11 pm #263477TomLead DeveloperLead DeveloperYou can see the error by using Chrome. Right click on your home page and click “Inspect”.
Then you should see errors in the Console tab π
