Is the plugin active?
If so, are the add-on activated in “Appearance > GeneratePress”?
If so, you might be looking in the wrong places in the Customizer. Recently, things were moved around a bit: https://generatepress.com/gp-premium-1-2-87/

a) Take screenshots of the plugin active, the add-ons activated and the Customizer
