Cannot activate GP premium

Hi Tom

I don't see why i can't get my gp premium working

I activated them but no appearance of the extra items in customise menu

Is the plugin active?

If so, are the add-on activated in "Appearance > GeneratePress"?

If so, you might be looking in the wrong places in the Customizer. Recently, things were moved around a bit: https://generatepress.com/gp-premium-1-2-87/

BOTH ACTIVE.

entered license key too. Bot only see the 'basic' things to edit

Have you checked the article above? A lot of things were moved around in the Customizer.

Hmm ok - any chance you can either:

a) Take screenshots of the plugin active, the add-ons activated and the Customizer
b) Send me temporary admin login details through our contact page: https://generatepress.com/contact

We'll figure it out :)
