Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperHi there,
Your permalinks seems to be set to a custom structure.
Can you try setting them to “Post name” just to test if that fixes the issue?
Let us know 🙂

StaffCustomer SupportHi there,
you can always change the structure back again.
If you’re concerned then move the site to a staging site, change the permalink structure to what Tom suggested, then enable the modules, and then change back the structureDecember 13, 2021 at 6:42 am #2047467Can
I set permalinks to /%postname%/.
I tried deleting the cookies and cache and re-enabling it from the generatepress section, but that also solves the problem.December 13, 2021 at 2:11 pm #2047942David
StaffCustomer SupportIs it working now ?

Sorry, the keyboard is auto-arranged. My problem persists.
“I set permalinks to /%postname%/.
I’ve tried deleting the cookies and cache and re-enabling it from the build section, but that doesn’t fix the problem either.”December 14, 2021 at 9:16 pm #2049425Tom
Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperIs it ok if I try changing the structure as well? I can add back the current value once I’m done.
Also, have you tried deactivating your other plugins just to rule out a conflict?

I changed the build and the problem was not solved.
I disabled all plugins but that didn’t fix the problem.December 15, 2021 at 11:32 am #2050334Tom
Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperIs there any way you can build a staging version of the site so I can play with it/debug a bit further without affecting your live site?

There is a backup of my site, but I don’t know how to create a system like you said.

Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperYour hosting might be able to point you in the right direction when it comes to creating a staging version of the site. Some hosts have a one-click option to do so.

The problem persists. What could be causing this problem?

StaffCustomer SupportCan you provide the staging site access (login URL, username and password) for Tom to test?
You can use the private URL field:

I added the site url and login information.
