If thats for products then you can enable the short description and add to cart button in Customizer > Layout > Woocommerce.

However, I would like to change the hyperlink on the (Read more button), because I’d like to redirect to another specific webpage when someone press the “read more” button
I am wondering Woocommerce can do that, how about the WP show post can do this either?

Try our new block plugin:With it you can create grids, to which you can add an Image block, text block and button block.

To display posts on Static pages you can use WP Show Posts. But it will require some custom work to redirect the URL – you will need to ask for support at the WP Show Posts plugin.
