Hello.
I has low YSLOW scores and was suggested to use Autoptimize. I did. Score improved immediately.
(That ticket here https://generatepress.com/forums/topic/low-yslow-score-an-f-on-two-fronts/#post-1125140)
But the plugin took out the theme’s fonts across the site, despite ‘Google Fonts’ being set to ‘Leave as is’, recommended on https://generatepress.com/fastest-wordpress-theme/. I rolled the plugin back and everything was back to normal.
Another user of Autoptimize had a similar issue. https://wordpress.org/support/topic/autoptimize-removed-font-on-main-page/
The solution proposed there was to add ‘a.htheme_no_logo’ to CSS optimization exclusion list.
I tried doing that and it didn’t work. So I’ve disabled the plugin currently.
Is there a generatepress or theme specific exclusion which I should be adding?
Thank you
