website won't load properly

I am using Wealthy Affiliate as my as my host. They actually created a temporary site this weekend for me as a means of troubleshooting my site issues. The generate press theme is working fine on that site so they say their is no server or hosting issue on their end.
My site still looks terrible and I am really hoping for a fix.

If the temporary site is working then it points the finger at the configuration of your live site, can the host import your live site into the temporary site - if that works correctly then they should be able to push the temporary site over to your live domain.
