Very low score in tools.pingdom.com speed test

I have zero score in combined external java script and combined external css files.

If you need to combine your files, then you'll need to install a plugin of some sort which does that for you. Autoptimize is one of the most popular plugins for doing this - it definitely shouldn't hurt your SEO.
