Using Premium subscription for a NEW website with diff domain

I bought Premium a year+ ago for my first domain and website. How do I use it to choose a NEW theme for a NEW website at a NEW domain without affecting the first website? The WP login credentials for the NEW site are diff than my GP Premium credentials. I need to please know how to choose a new theme, install it (I guess on my laptop), and use it to build a site hosted at Siteground without affecting my other website at Siteground. I also want to build it in "draft" so I see the site as it will appear when live but I don't want it live while I am building. Finally, I want the live site to have an "under construction" page and nothing more. I don't know if I do that with the hosting company, with WP admin, or via my GP WP theme. And then once I learn WHERE to add "under construction" I need to know how. I know this is like breathing for most of you but I know less than a novice so thank you in advance for very, very simple, step-by-step, replies. And TIA for your patience!

There isn't anything special that needs to be done - nothing will change in your old site when you install the free GeneratePress theme, GP Premium and importing a new site in your new install:
