Divi Plugin not loading Theme Builder

It seems generate press is conflicting with woocommerce, coz if we disable woocommerce it works fine, but if we keep all enabled and just change the theme then also it works fine.

I'd say that's not possible. We have a numbers of e-commerce site library templates that are running WooCommerce without this issue:

And we haven't received any other reports on this.

Have you disabled all custom functions and all plugins except WooCommerce to test? Make sure to activate the parent theme if you are using a child theme.

I have used divi safe mode which turns off all plugins keeping just divi plugin on, that time too its not working.

But on changing Generate Press theme to something else it works.

the front end builder works fine, just the backend theme builder of divi don't load.

I would recommend you guys to once test using divi on ur end.

Here is how u can test it.

Have latest divi plugin with you.

Then go to theme builder: https://prnt.sc/1x57i5c

There click on add a new template and then Create Template

After that add custom body > build custom body: https://prnt.sc/1x57j8x

Once done then the page keeps on loading like this: https://prnt.sc/1x57kr4

Ok, it seems there is some serious conflict with Generate Press theme and Woocommerce, even our registration page is not visible but on changing theme it works fine.

You guys can once check it on your end and confirm if you have the same issue or not, so that I can also test more things here.

Pls ignore that my account page thing that was coz of css changes.

Just divi issue is still there.

We have a word with our hosting team and they checked the logs and told us (Check private box)

Can you start a staging site with a fresh GP install without any plugins other than Divi to see if the issue still occur?

Ok, sometimes it loads, sometimes it does not load on new site, but it loads every time if using some other theme.

Do you need logins to check the issue?
