    Hi Markus,

You’ll have to ask your hosting service provider to check if they’re blocking 35.193.232.176 (generatepress.com).

    Hi there,

Our server found a lot of suspicious activity from that/similar IPs. However, we’ve allowed the connection from your specific site, so it should work now.

    Let me know 🙂

    Tom, Elvin,

    great!
    It works now.

BTW – this hosting company – Strato – is quite popular in Germany, but not known for best quality. My customer’s choice.

    Great!

Could be that there’s some malicious stuff going on with some of their servers. Glad we were able to get you through 🙂

    Hello,
I have the same probleme as Markus. I am hosting my websites also at Strato…
When I put my license key in the Updates form and press Save I get the same WordPress Error.
    My Server IP is 81.169.145.92
Could you please allow it also for me.
    Best regards
    Brigitte

    Hi there,

I just checked with our hosting and it looks like the IP isn’t being blocked.

With that said, I know there have been some known issues with OVH hosting and being able to activate the license key. You may want to check with your hosting to make sure they’re not blocking anything as well.

Thank you for reply! 🙂 One more thing – with “define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );” I got this message:

    Hi there,

We’re aware of this issue – it will be fixed in GPP 2.1.0. It only happens when the response is a 400 error (permissions) that bypasses our WP_Error check in the code.

As Stacey pointed out, we’ve had these issues with OVH for a while now. I’ve talked to our hosting (Kinsta), and it seems like they get a lot of malicious traffic from OVH servers, which is why some of them are blocked internally directly on their Google Cloud servers, unfortunately.

Hi, thanks for reply. Do you know any indicative date for GPP 2.1.0?
