Unable to update GP Premium

Hello,
I write because I can not put GP Premium updated on the site of one of my customer. I am currently in version 1.8.3
The license is still active.
When I try to update GP Premium, Wordpress says: "cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10001 milliseconds"
I am not comfortable with the code.
Can you help me ?

these issues are server related so you would need to speak with your host, generally its because they are blocking access to generatepress.com - this topic covers the same issue:
