Unable to enter license key

Hi
I have been trying to enter my GP Premium license key into a new site.
I have done this without issue on quite a few sites.
This time there is nowhere to enter the key and the modules have 'Learn more' next to them. No way to activate them.
I found a similar problem at https://generatepress.com/forums/topic/gp-premium-not-loading-to-generate-press-theme/ but there is no response to it.
Help appreciated.

If so that usually means GP Premium is not installed and activated.
Can you double check?
