    Hello!

Tom, please take a look at this post: https://wp-types.com/2017/09/introduction-brand-new-theme-integrations/.

Toolset released the integration between Views/Layouts adn GeneratePress. It’s incredibly powerful. But at the moment there are not supported the functions of GP Premium. Many developers would like this. Please make do this integration with the Toolset developers. I want support for functions: page header, disable all elements.

    Hi there,

Can you explain a bit more what would be required on the GPP side of things?

I’m not a developer. I ask you to contact the developers of Toolset in the comments: https://wp-types.com/2017/09/introduction-brand-new-theme-integrations/. In addition, you can see the information on this page: https://wp-types.com/documentation/beyond-pages-program/

    Dear Tom,
Excellent news,as Toolset development team they offer now tight integration with GeneratePress, allowing full control over theme elements for different custom post types this may deserve your kind support and attention to complete the integration with GP Premium.

    For Example:
    – Use Views with Page Header Template Tags and Taxonomies
    https://docs.generatepress.com/article/adding-page-headers-taxonomies/
    https://docs.generatepress.com/article/page-header-template-tags/

    – Integrate Layout with ALL GP Premium Add-on.
    – Control the design for Toolset contents area with GP Premium customization’s.

    With Many Thanks,

I’ll get in touch with them. I’m against adding things to the theme to integrate with third-party plugins, but if there’s anything I can optimize inside the theme itself to make their plugin work better, I’ll definitely do that 🙂

++ for the work Toolset is doing to integrate with GP, and all the Premium elements. Anything you can do to help development will be much appreciated. Or maybe you’ve already lent a hand. Thanks Tom.

I am interested in seeing the option to use a Toolset View inside a GeneratePress Premium ‘Section’

Yes, I wanted to ask the same. If a page/post is using sections, then the Toolset’s “Fields and Views” button is missing. It’s not a big deal, but it requires opening another page without sections in order to copy the appropriate Toolset shortcode. It would certainly be very convenient to have that little button inside GP sections.

GP + Toolset is a great combination, indeed.
