[Resolved] This block has encountered an error and cannot be previewed.

I have an issue on my site where I am trying to use a reusable block that I have saved. These have worked for the last 12 months no problems but now when I open the reusable block and click convert to normal it gives me the following error This block has encountered an error and cannot be previewed.

Everything is up to date and I’ve not installed any new plugins that might conflict.

does this happen to the reusable block if you add it to a new draft page ?

Yes, it happens on new draft pages too.

Can you provide an admin login so we can take a look at the backend?

And can you keep all other plugins and custom functions disabled for us to inspect?

Your GB Pro version is still at 1.1.1, it’s very old.

Can you update it to 1.5.2?
