Theme Speed Issue?

today purchased GeneratePress and I think this is not the fastest theme (I was between Astra and GeneratePress)
this my site https://www.uniquehomeguide.com/ even it doesn't have any content
but (I upload the marketer demo theme) results are not as good as I thought(mobile 65 desktop 96) are there other setup tips or another way to make it faster?

The biggest issue basing from Google PSI is "Eliminate render-blocking resources".

It's basically using a caching/optimization plugin to improve how the assets are served. :)
