    Dear Sir,
    As per the video on the http://www.generatepress.com site, I followed the following step after purchasing the GP Premium.
    1) Download the GP Premium 1.7.2 Zip file.
    2) Installed the GP premium in the plugin installation area by uploading the Zip file.
    3) After that, I download the Generate press 2.1.4 zip file.
    5) Then I upload the Generate press 2.1.4 zip file to the theme section and activate the same.
    6) After that, I select the theme from the site library.
    7) But a “0 error” is coming instead of “Get started” every time. Please refer the screenshot of the site. Site Image
    8) This problem is coming into my site URL: http://www.bengaltant.ga/
    9) In my another site URL: http://www.protimadigimark.ga/, the generate press theme is easily installed, activated and working satisfactorily without any trouble.

    Please suggest the solution.

    That’s strange – I’ve never seen 0 error before.

    Any chance you can try the “Further Debugging” steps here?: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/error-codes-importing/#further-debugging

    It should give us a better error to work with.

    So you added those values to your wp-config.php file?

    If so, try importing a site now. When it fails, go to your debug.log file in wp-content and share the latest couple errors in here.

    Hi Tom and Leo,
    We go through the debugging procedure by using the code define(‘WP_DEBUG’,true);and
    define(‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true ); in WP-config.php file.
    After that, we opened the wp-content folder and did not find any debug file.

    However, again we tried to import the site but it failed again by showing the “0 error”.

    Please refer the below link for the wp-content folder in open condition. There was no debug file

    After completing the above activity, we uninstall the WordPress from the domain and again the re-install the WordPress. We deactivate all the default plugins.
    After that, we install the GPpremiun1.7.2 in the plugin area and after that the Generatepress2.1.4 in the theme area. But this time also “0 error” appeared when we trying to import the site.

    Any chance you can check with your hosting as to why the debug.log file isn’t appearing? Unfortunately it’s impossible to debug the issue with just the 0 error message.
