Text under block or picture in the middle

There is a bit of a misunderstanding.

The customizer doesn't have the option to change the image caption alignment and font size (which is what I thought you were referring to).

But it does have the option to add the CSS I've provided above.

Let me know if this makes sense :)

I really have no idea hahaha......yours answers are confusing me too much, thanks for helping but I will have to find another way to solve this....
