I don’t see anything that would cause a conflict.

Page Headers use the generate_after_header hook, so as long as it exists, there shouldn’t be any issues. If that plugin blocks the hook somehow, or maybe tricks the page into not thinking it’s an actual page, I’m not sure if there’s a way to fix it.
