Start Parallax Effect Before Image Hits Top

Hello,

I noticed that when parallax is enabled for sections, the background will not start moving until the image seems to hit the top of the page.

I would like to trigger the effect as soon as the image is visible, so that it is slowly sliding the entire way. Is there some way to adjust this?

I added the code snippet to increase the speed and although that makes it look more dramatic when it reaches the top of the screen, it still does not address my request.
