Speed up Generatepress (Updated)?

I followed the steps in the following article:

But still am having slow results, see attached:
For context, I also use SiteGround, as recommended here.
Does the article need to be updated with additional steps? What can I do to improve my results?
Hi there,
The performance of your site depends on many factors other than the theme itself.
Siteground is a good hosting which we are using so it shouldn't be a problem either.
Can you disable all plugins except GP Premium and GenerateBlocks to re-test the performance first?
