Han
I have uploaded a site logo and a retina logo to my site. Afterwards, I changed the site settings to always load the site using https:// Then the logo disappeared from the site, but the sticky logo is working when I scroll down.
I have tried to remove the logo and upload new logo’s in the Site Identity pane. What ever I do, the logo is not appearing. I have tried to clear the browser cache and to deactivate the cache plugin already, and this did not solve the issue.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Kind Regards,
Han

StaffCustomer SupportHi there,
can you try uploading a new image with a different file name to the media library and choose that for your logo.
If that doesn’t work – can you check in Customizer > Layout > Primary Navigation and tell me if there is a field for adding a logo ( this is for legacy support of older versions of GPP ).

David,
I did what you requested. Here are the results:
1. The new image is also not displayed.
2. There is no field for adding a logo in Customizer > Layout > Primary NavigationKind regards,

Hi David,
It turns out the latest version of the GP Premium plugin is causing the issue. Is there a way to go back to a previous version?
Do I need to report this issue somewhere else, or can you notify the GP Premium team?Kind Regards,
Han

StaffCustomer SupportHi there,
in Appearance > Elements you have an Empty Header Element that looks to be the problem.
Can you either delete it or Quick Edit and save it as a draft.December 12, 2019 at 12:50 am #1101768Han
That solved the issue David. Thank you very much!
