StaffCustomer SupportYour page header is still taking the settings from the metabox here: https://s18.postimg.org/ddft23sah/2017-11-11_1540.png
If you want to use the setting in Dashboard > Page headers, remove everything from the on-page metabox, click save, then there should be a page header drop down menu for you to select the page header you created in Dashboard > Page headers.

The page header from the home page is still using the one not from the dashboard page headers sp from the Metabox. But I do not want to, as long as the link is not working. It first needs to work on the Test page, then I can move forward with the home page. For the test page I created a page header from the Dashboard.

This page is using the Page Header called Home PageNovember 11, 2017 at 4:37 pm #421987Tom
Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperI just replicated your test page settings here using GPP 1.5.2: http://demo.generatepress.com/test/
I wonder if you have a plugin conflicting? You can test by turning them on/off one by one.

Hi Tom, thanks for the reply and the example.
I can see it is working on your end, so it is hard to find out what is going wrong.
I turned off/on several plugins with no proper result. The image remains not clickable.
However I am hesitant to turn off/on certain plugins as I do not want additional work if my old work is gone.
For now I have a workaround.
Thank you and Leo for all the support, especially in the weekend. Much appreciated.
If someone finds a possible cause I am interested to know, but for now I just do not have the time to take further action on it.November 12, 2017 at 7:33 am #422373Tom
Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperIf you get any time, throw your site up in a sub-folder so you can disable plugins at will without affecting your live site. Using a plugin like Duplicator makes it super easy to do π
