“Show Posts” page not rendering images

Hi,
I have GP Premium and have used the WP Show Posts to give me a page of my recent blog posts.
Most of this page is fine except for the images, which show as the broken img icon.
The images are the feature images and these display fine in the blog post itself,
I had a read of your recent post @ https://generatepress.com/forums/topic/display-featured-image-in-latest-posts-with-excerpt/
but it just confused me a bit.
Please could you tell me what I need to do to get my “Show Posts” page set up so that the featured images render as expected?

Hi there,
can you try disabling other plugins to see if there is a conflict.
