Reusable blocks being glitchy

I've been trying to use reusable blocks and the following issues have occurred more than once:

1. Item starts flashing and you cannot select it.
2. Wordpress freezes when duplicating a reusable block.
3. Reusable blocks all of a sudden disappear from view and sometimes you can't add them back.
4. Occasionally unable to add new reusable blocks.

The problems basically make reusable blocks useless. I consider it an important feature. How can I fix this?
