rearrange site title, logo and tagline

Is there a way to rearrange the site title, tagline and logo, so the title is in the top left of the header with the logo under it and the tagline on the bottom?
Also, is there a way to have a phone number on the right side of the header with social icons under that? I will be using fa icons for the social icons.

And you can use the Header widget area with Text widgets to add your phone number and icons in "Appearance > Widgets".

Hi Tom, you said you can use the Header widget area with Text widgets to add your phone number and icons in “Appearance > Widgets”. When I do that, they stack on top of each other. Will you tell me how I can float one left and float the other right? I cant seem to fins the correct selector to do that.
