Question about page header

when you create a page header which will later be applied to all/few pages, how do you define these options https://cl.ly/1S1Y1s1o0E3V

There should be a page header meta box with a dropdown list you can select: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/merging-header-navigation-content/#applying-it

Not sure you really read the description of the case i put, its not about appylying the page header, its about putting the functionality in the page global page header

i do NOT see these https://cl.ly/1S1Y1s1o0E3V option when creating my page header which i can then apply to all my pages.

I did. It was a bit confusing as those two meta boxes have nothing to do with page header.

One is the disable element meta box: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/disable-elements-overview/

The other is the page builder container: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/page-builder-container/

Those would only appear in the Edit Page screen.

ok, lets do this again then-:

I want each of my new page to have header like this https://www.goldyarora.com/test-post/
(i) Transparent Header
(ii) Full Width
(iii) Menu appears only when user scrolls up

How can i configure this in page headers, so instead of making lot of manual changes, i can simply apply page header to my pages to achieve above.

What hasn't worked? You don't need the disable element meta box or page builder container to achieve those.

Hmm I wonder if the syntax error of <span><span/> is causing the trouble.

It should be <span></span>

Ahh you also need to turn on Custom navigation colors and select transparent in the navigation background: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/merging-header-navigation-content/#merging-our-header

Or if you want that on every page, you can actually just do it in the customizer:

The current navigation background is white.

The header width should set at full as well: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/header-layout/

Also looking at your content, I think you should be using Full Width in Page Builder Container as well.
