Put Different Articles On Right Side of Every Page? And Drag No Longer Works?

I want to put different articles on the right side of every page on my site but when I use the right sidebar, the same sidebar goes on every page, so apparently I need to do this without using the sidebar function. Is there a way to create a text field and place it on the right (where the sidebar would be if I was using the sidebar function) so I can fill it in with text and maybe add a photo?

Also, the drag function is no longer working on the widget control page. What is wrong and how do I fix that? Nothing moves when I try to drag things any more.
