Hi Tom,
I need to purchase GP Premium for a client site I’m building, but don’t want to use their email addy for the purchase. I’ve already used my email address to purchase the add-on in the past for my own site, so not sure if I can use it again for a different site. What should I do? I am currently using my existing registration email for GP Premium on the client’s site (which makes it all work) but I think they should have their own separate license. Let me know how to best go about it.
Cheers,

Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperHi Paul,
If you think they should own their own separate license, you can purchase using your email and then shoot me an email: support@generatepress.com
I’ll change the license email to whatever you like, which you can then use for updates.
Let me know if you have any questions 🙂

That’s weird. The order process keeps declining my card, but there’s plenty of $$$ in my account. Not sure what’s going on.

Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperAnd you’re using a credit card? Visa, MasterCard, American Express etc..?

Yeah, bank card with Visa logo. Same as I used in the past (I think). Maybe I used PayPal last time.

Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperCVC code is correct?
Weird one – last CC purchase was about half an hour ago, so I know the system is up and running.
You can always use your credit card through PayPal as well.

I’ll try that.

Ah! It was a bank security issue on my end. My bank just robocalled me to verify that I tried to make a $30 payment with a ‘Computer Programmer’. I guess you’re just “Too High of a Risk” Tom! LOL

Glad you got it working 🙂 Thanks for your purchase!

Hi Tom,
This is similar to what I was talking about in the support email I sent yesterday, can we do the same?
Cheers,
